serving on the e3 MECA [Middle East and Central Asia] team as a church planting coordinator.
what that looks like::
mobilizing teams State-side to be sent [short-term] into the Middle East region. through those teams, various humanitarian clinics are held to be an avenue in sharing the Gospel, as well as evangelism tours where it is safe and/or legal. e3 has already established relationships with nationals [typically pastors who have their own team of local believers] in each country. those nationals come alongside our teams to assist, and once our team has left, the nationals follow-up with those that were met during the humanitarian clinics or evangelism tours, and then plant house churches with those people.
this is where the multiplication of making disciples and church planting happens.
